316L is a marine-grade stainless steel. What separates it from cheaper grades is molybdenum, at 2–3 percent — the element that resists pitting from sweat and salt air. Many watches in this price range use 304 or a plated alloy, and neither contains any molybdenum. Over years of daily wear that is the difference between a case that still looks like itself and one that does not.

The “L” means low carbon, held at or below 0.03 percent, which keeps the finish stable where the case is worked and joined. 316L is the grade used across serious watchmaking, and it is more expensive per case than the alternatives. It seemed like the wrong thing to save money on.

Yes. Every watch carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and craftsmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage beyond the 5 ATM rating.

Standard shipping within the United States is free. International shipping is available to 27 countries and is calculated live by USPS or DHL Express at checkout, so you see the exact cost before you pay. The first collection is a pre-order. Production begins once the first 100 pieces are reserved, and the current estimated ship date is December 15, 2026. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — if it moves, we will email you before it does.

Once your order is dispatched, domestic delivery takes 5–10 business days. International transit times are quoted at checkout by the carrier.

At the time you place your pre-order. That payment is what funds the production run — it is the reason the collection gets made. If the run does not go ahead, or you cancel before shipping, you are refunded in full.

Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the watch is unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
