We currently operate on a limited pre-order model for select releases. This allows us to produce thoughtfully, reduce waste, and deliver a product made with intention.
Pre-Orders
Orders placed during a pre-order period require additional processing time.
Please allow 20–30 days for production before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard Shipping
After production is complete, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
