Shipping policy

The First Collection is a pre-order.

These watches are made in a single intentional run, not held in a warehouse. Production begins once the first 100 pieces of the collection are reserved. Estimated ship date is December 15, 2026.

If that date changes, we will email you before it passes with a revised date. You may cancel at any time before your watch ships and receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. No store credit, no restocking fee.

United States

Free standard shipping. Delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International

We ship worldwide to 27 countries. Shipping is calculated live at checkout by USPS or DHL Express based on your address — you will see the exact cost before you pay. Delivery is typically 7–21 business days after dispatch depending on destination and customs.
Import duties, VAT and customs charges
All prices are shown in US dollars and do not include import taxes. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and a carrier handling fee, which are collected from you by the carrier on or before delivery and are not included in the price you pay us. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and we cannot estimate or refund them.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, any return shipping and charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
